THE PROJECT
For the new AB 110S by AB Yachts, our challenge was clear: to translate its high-performance soul into a formal language, creating an exterior design that serves as a visual manifesto of its power. An aesthetic born from function, where every line expresses speed and introduces innovative solutions for life on board, merging comfort with adrenaline.
KEY EXTERIOR DESIGN INNOVATIONS
Our work focused on distinctive solutions designed to redefine the at-sea experience:
Retractable Command Throne: A two-seater tech throne on the flybridge. Dominant and immersive while underway, it disappears afterward to restore elegance and social space to the deck.
The "Flying Couch": A proscenium-like seat at the bow, conceived to experience the thrill of speed from a unique perspective, as if flying over the water.
Pantograph Hard Top: A retractable system offering various shading configurations on the flybridge, with a discreet mechanism that preserves the purity of the exterior lines.
Extendable Aft Cockpit Cover: A sliding-slat system that extends the aft cockpit cover, creating a spacious, sheltered terrace over the sea.
THE RESULT
The design of the AB 110S upholds the performance promise of the AB Yachts brand, enriching the onboard experience with innovations that merge adrenaline and comfort in a perfect balance. A project that expresses power not only in how it performs, but in how it is experienced.

IL PROGETTO
Il nostro design per il nuovo AB 110S nasce dalla stretta sinergia con il Centro Stile di AB Yachts. La sfida condivisa era chiara: tradurre l'anima ad alte prestazioni del cantiere in un linguaggio formale, creando un design esterno che fosse il manifesto visivo della sua potenza. Un'estetica nata dalla funzione, dove ogni linea esprime velocità e introduce soluzioni innovative per la vita a bordo, fondendo il comfort con l'adrenalina.
INNOVAZIONI CHIAVE DEL DESIGN ESTERNO
Il nostro intervento si è focalizzato su soluzioni distintive per ridefinire l'esperienza in mare:
Trono di Comando a Scomparsa: Un trono tecnologico e biposto sul flybridge. Dominante e immersivo durante la navigazione, scompare al termine per restituire allo spazio eleganza e convivialità.
Flying Couch: Una seduta-proscenio di prua, concepita per vivere l'emozione della velocità da una prospettiva unica, quasi volando sull'acqua.
Hard Top Pantografico: Un sistema a scomparsa che offre diverse configurazioni di ombreggiatura sul fly, con un meccanismo discreto che preserva la purezza delle linee esterne.
Copertura Estensibile del Pozzetto: Un sistema a doghe scorrevoli che estende la copertura del pozzetto di poppa, creando un'ampia terrazza protetta sul mare.
RISULTATO
Il design dell'AB 110S mantiene la promessa di performance del brand AB Yachts, arricchendo l'esperienza a bordo con innovazioni che fondono lusso e velocità in un equilibrio perfetto. Un progetto che esprime potenza non solo nel modo in cui naviga, ma nel modo in cui si vive.
